All Epic Works staff are expected to:

• Keep current with 'bleeding edge' web technologies, so as to assist in determining ongoing delivery strategies and be best prepared to answer customer inquiries.
• Demonstrate organization skills and an intense attention to detail (perfectionist).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, including prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Understanding of the system development life cycle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative.
• Team player.
